Joel Nii Ofei Arthur
Joel Nii Ofei Arthur is a Development Manager with an MSc in Development Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi-Ghana and a BSc in Sociology from the same university. Joel has also studied Human Development and Leadership in Cross Cultural Dialogue at the YMCA University of Applied Sciences, Kassel-Germany and holds an International Diploma in Computer Studies from IPMC.
Joel is passionate about serving and fostering quality relationships among the youth. Over the years, he has been involved in youth empowerment and leadership and has worked with several organizations to this effect. Key among them is the position he held as the National Youth President for the Ghana YMCA for over eight years. He has also served as a board member for the Tema YMCA in Ghana. He is passionate about impacting humanity positively and empowering girls/women in the fight for gender equality/equity.
His work experience spans across real estate, youth empowerment and in the non-governmental organization sectors, where he has held positions as head of marketing, programmes & project officer, youth leader, teacher and administrative officer.
Joel is a proud SANTACLAUSIAN.
